TC Type Oil Seal - Outer Rubber, Inner full cover, double lip type oil seal with spring inside.
Structure
TC oil seals have a double lip structure. The primary lip is responsible for the main sealing function and fits tightly with the rotating shaft to prevent oil leakage. The secondary lip serves to prevent dust and debris, keeping the working environment clean. Inside the seal is a sling spring. This spring provides constant and uniform pressure on the sealing lip, ensuring a tight fit even in the event of shaft vibration or eccentricity.
