TC Type Skeleton Oil Seal: Outer rubber, inner full package, double lip type oil seal with spring inside, also known as lip seal. It belongs to rotary oil seal, which is used for sealing in oil, and dusty occasions, resistant to pressure within 0.03MPa (0.3kgf/m2), and widely used.
TC oil seals are typically used in applications that require medium sealing performance, such as automotive engines, gearboxes and pumps.
TC type oil seal has a unique structural design with double lips. The main lip closely fits the shaft surface, which can effectively prevent lubricant leakage, ensure the normal operation of the lubrication system inside the equipment, maintain good lubrication between the various parts of the equipment, and reduce wear and tear. The secondary lip plays an auxiliary sealing role, blocking outside dust, sand, water vapor and other pollutants from entering the equipment, creating a clean operating environment for the equipment. In automobile engines, the efficient sealing performance of TC type oil seals can prevent oil leakage, avoid oil from entering the combustion chamber, ensure normal combustion and power output of the engine; at the same time, preventing external impurities from entering the engine, preventing damage to internal engine parts due to abrasion, and prolonging the service life of the engine.
